When can I expect my order?
All orders should arrive within 2-3 weeks of the order being dispatched. Please allow some extra time for delivery on international orders as delivery times to some countries may vary. 

Can I change my order?

What is your return policy?
If the item received is defective in any way, simply email us a picture of the item (and the defect) within 14 days of purchase at music@jianawessel.com and we will arrange to have a replacement sent to you!
